Without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). This being said, our necessity to cultivate and develop the spirit of faith becomes essential. So, from the pulpit to the parking lot, we at Faith Family Church will be known for possessing the spirit of faith. This means what we believe we speak; and what we say, we see. Faith begins where the will of God is known. So, making known the will of God in every area of life is our primary objective as we boldly preach and teach God’s uncompromised Word.
We're not just here to have church, but to be the church - serving all who are in need. Ultimately, our desire is to share the love of Christ with all people from every walk of life. That Includes you too.
God instituted the family from the beginning. In other words, family is God’s idea. The Scripture introduces the idea of the family of God both in heaven and in earth. Our job, as God’s family in the earth, is to multiply, replenish, and have dominion. So, expanding the family of God by adding to the church daily is also the objective at hand.
We believe that we are welcomed into the family of God, the Church, by means of the spirit of adoption. Therefore, creating a family atmosphere is of the utmost importance. How we treat family is how we should treat one another. How we relate to family is how we should relate to one another. How we welcome new members of the family is how we should welcome one another.
Historically the church is an icon in society. Moreover, it is the moral principle which we value. For us the church experience is not about tradition, but about the gathering of God’s congregation for corporate worship and the receiving of the Word of God. It opens the opportunity for the development of lifelong relationships. The scriptural principle of one putting a thousand to flight and two putting ten thousand to flight is just the beginning in the realm of possibilities when we come together on one accord. Indeed, there is strength in unity.
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him (John 4:23). We have been created for worship. When we sing to God, we honor Him as God. Our worship is an expression of adoration to Him. We recognize that Praise & Worship is a very vital part of the service. It is not simply a prelude to the service. When we worship God we invite His presence into the atmosphere. And where He is, miracles take place, hearts are mended, and souls are restored to right relationship with Him.
… and the greatest of these is love (First Corinthians 13:13). The love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost. Through the love of God we have love for God, we receive love from God and we have the God kind of love toward others. Love governs our thoughts, actions and interactions with one another and this, my friend, we esteem highly.
There is life in the Word of God. The Bible tells us to let the Word of Christ dwell in us richly in your life. Apart from the Word we can do nothing successfully. So, we’re commanded to meditate in the Word of God day and night so that we may know how to deal wisely and have good success in all areas of life. We must give the Word of God first place and final authority in every area of life, family, and ministry.
How we treat people is important to God. Our ability to reach more and more people is directly dependent upon how we treat the people with whom we already have relationship. God’s Word has much to say about our interaction with ‘one another’. For example, in Scripture we are commanded to love one another. Faith Family Church is not about the people meeting the needs of the church, but rather about the church meeting the needs of the people. It is not our agenda, but God’s agenda that matters.
Anything that is worth doing is worth doing right. The Scripture tells us that all things should be done decently and in order. Faith Family Church is committed to valuing your time. In demonstrating our value of your time we strive for efficiency in the planning of our services and events. Our goal is to never wait until the last minute to do anything. To accomplish this, we start on time and we plan ahead.
